3 year warranty for $12, I have never had one of these last that long so seems worth it, one of these has been on my list for a while (since the VacuumWars youtube shootout video), was looking for a deal on the tineco S3 (normally $200-$400), but VacuumWars just reviewed the cordless version of this one and it did well, normally the corded ones work better, so will give it a shot.

Like the OP, I can't find much information about the product. From the reviews, it appears to be mostly for light-duty use.

I've been very happy with Bissell's product quality as well as customer service. They replaced my Bissell Symphony 1152 (mop + vacuum) couple of years after purchase because it stopped working. I was floored. I had called hoping to be able to buy a new one at a small discount they might offer as a courtesy. But they replaced it. The whole process took a bit of time, but it was worth it.

I have never owned Shark or Tineco products. How's their customer service and how is Tineco product in itself? Thanks.

I was already looking for a deal on their VACMOP (stick vacuum / mop) for the past few days. I preferred the cordless one, but this is such a great deal. I'm scheduled for store pickup tomorrow morning.

Have the cordless version. We got it primarily for cleaning up after the kids after meals. Works great for that and we use it pretty much after every meal to get crumbs, spills, whatever was thrown from the high chair, etc. It does leave streaks so I wouldn't get this as a primary mop. We just Bona after if we need it to be really presentable.

Bought one-have the corded bissel floor cleaner with vac. It's kinda leaky at the part on the floor. I'm hoping this is a good replacement. Liked the bissel but price talks here.

We bought this exact model at $199.99 plus tax. Happily would have bought at $99.00 as the product is a solid value. We're not dirty people, but apparently our floors were, to say it politely, absolutely filthy. As parents of a young child and a few cats, our traditional mop wasn't getting our house nearly as clean as we thought it was. The first time I unboxed our Hydrovac, I proceeded to clean the entire house as my wife and I were shocked at the gunk and dirt it picked up from a single room. My only advice besides buy this immediately is to stock up on fluid as you'll have a desire to clean until you run out of it or your arms fall off. Also, note battery life on cordless units. We tend to use our occasionally for spot cleaning, but more for cleaning an entire room.

TL;DR 4/5 stars as I wish it had a larger tank and a little more scrub power, otherwise, great product.

Damn too many options. I do like moping my floors as stress reliever so now I'm more confused. I use just regular swifter but feel like it doesn't do anything besides move stuff around lol
