If you filter out any review that was part of a promotion, the average score is closer to a 3.
Like the OP, I can't find much information about the product. From the reviews, it appears to be mostly for light-duty use.
I have never owned Shark or Tineco products. How's their customer service and how is Tineco product in itself? Thanks.

Getting confused with this deal; is the OP one better or the ones listed?
Any feedback on this would be appreciated. Is this good for hardwood, vinyl etc?

I got very disinterested in constantly asking for replacement parts, cheaply made water tank screw caps etc, and ALMOST went and bought a regular mop and bucket 🙈 (which is actually still the absolute best way to clean a floor, though most of us will have zero interest in spending that amount of time) until I saw this.

Black Friday came along & even though I said NO MORE SHARK/ NINJA products, I decided to give them another chance & buy a steam mop that I had been wanting for 10 years or so because it was on sale for less than what they sell for USED on FB.
The brand new steam mop was BROKEN. After 45 minutes on the phone & video chat (which, btw, would NOT work) with their CS I was given three options... A) return the mop to the store & see if I could order a replacement at the same price because they were NOT in stock in the store anymore, of course (mind you that would have left me having to lug all of my kids with to the store in the SNOW, after one kiddo just had major surgery), B) wait for REPLACEMENT parts (mop head & the base, which is the WHOLE mop minus the handle!) that were BACKORDERED for 5 WEEKS (so it would have been after CHRISTMAS by the time I would have received the parts), or C) have them ship me a brand new one (same one as the brand new one I purchased), BUT I would have to PAY the SHIPPING!!! I was SO mad!! They said it is in the owner's manual that they can charge shipping! I asked if the owner's manual stated they could charge SHIPPING for a BROKEN product that is BRAND NEW, & they had no answer.
Anyway, I said NO more Shark & I mean it!! Their CS SUCKS, their product QC is SORELY LACKING (2 brand new products, one 100% broken, & one without the manual & recipe book). Bissell rocks though!
