Did this at Sam's ($30+ of qualifying items) and twice was rejected shortly after submitting. First email said receipt doesn't show necessary info (not true) and that I'd need to start over. Second said there were no qualifying items (not true) and to start over. Emailed support and got a canned email… followed up a second time and they finally approved the rebate.
