These used to be the gold standard but the reviews lately have been godawful. I picked the wyze over the D8 for the same price, I wouldn't pay a premium for this D4.
Check Best Buy reviews for the recent Neatos, they're a full star rating lower than any other brand
I have a concern that Neato seems to be blowing-out their products with all these discounted, aggressive sales and direct emails with huge discounts. The replacement parts promotions on filters they are aggressively pushing have absurd shipping costs. When I questioned them directly about the shipping cost, I received the following response from Neato CS Luke R:
"We have nothing to do with the shipping costs unfortunately."
Anyone know if they going out of business? What legitimate business can't control their shipping cost unless a third party controls their inventory under liquidation?
I pointed out they could ship USPS at half the cost per filter, but they were not responsive.

Should there be some concern?
Neato wanted to be acquired by Amazon. Amazon correctly purchased Irobot. This is probably a push to inflate the balance sheet so they can be acquired by another company (Walmart, Roborock who knows) just a guess. Enjoy it while you can
