With six I'm kind of surprised that not one of them does. I didn't realize Amex had that many other cards. Guess I shouldn't be surprised though since they have specific ones for miles to fly and specific lodging brands. I have the non preferred Amex EveryDay which doesn't have an annual fee that I use to accumulate points.

I think most just buy 3rd party giftcards which are sold and shipped by amazon. You can buy those just not the amazon gift cards.
