I hate to use plastic in my kitchen, but sometimes I do need to give leftovers to guests who I know would not have the opportunity to return my glassware. Similarly, sometimes for picnics, or where kids are involved, these boxes help to avoid safety issues with glass handling. I doubt I can get 5 of these for 1.25$ at Dollar Tree either. Definitely not Hefty brand.
