I'm Chinese and enjoys cooking and eating authentic Chinese food. Almost, if not all Chinese people already know it's not traditional Chinese. We like it anyway because it's pretty good for what it is. The ones saying that are obnoxious snobs trying to "get one over you". Probably the same people correcting you on the proper pronunciation on stuff. I'm hoping this goes out as a PSA to people trying to shame others on what they perceive to be superior.

Is this a new gc product recently added to Costco's inventory? And I'm assuming $80 is the regular price? Just trying to gauge how much of a 'deal' this actually is

$80 is the normal for most restaurants with these gift cards through Costco. However, sometimes they go on sale and can be had for a bit cheaper.

Yes, it's standard price, but given how infrequent Panda discounts are, it will prob sell out quickly. Panda is not a reg GC offering at Costco (and often sells out quickly at Sam's Club).

I don't believe they normally have Panda Express at Costco but this is the "normal" sale price for their $100 gift card level. I bought one of them myself.

Not super frequent but panda was giving 20% GCs most of December buying direct
