I'm sorta on the fence on whether to buy these or not. Especially since I don't need them.

Razer audio products are all well known for being really crap sounding~ Razer even invited Crinacle [youtube.com] to visit their Headquarters where he measured all their headphone responses and made a video on it. He basically just said they all suck and its pretty obv based on the data. Razer even allowed him to publish the video, so even Razer knows their audio products sound bad lol. The irony is that Razer owns THX, and they dont even make full use of their engineers there and instead opt for the THX marketing department to slap a sticker on their products instead~ So imo Hardpass...

Thank you for your feedback, it's much appreciated. You saved me the hassle of a return and buyer's remorse 😅

If you don't mind the built-in mic instead of a mic boom, they are pretty good for 65$ . Compared to like the Arctis Nova 7 which is like 160$

I'm a fan of Sennheiser headphones and have been since the mid 2000s. I own both the Sennheiser HD595s and 598 SEs. They're not primarily geared toward gaming, but the brand mainly caters toward audiophiles which is more important for me when it comes to immersion in games. However, there's not a wireless feature for them (unless I you use some sort of external Bluetooth adapter).

Ill bite, I have been needing a nice par for in the office. The white will look a lot more professional than the cheapo RGB ones I am using now.

How much better are these than the razr wireless ones that were $35 multiple times lately? I got them yet to get the package. Not looking for anything groundbreaking at this price it is for a kid but if I had say bose budget lol what would be the gaming headset to get for myself or is it even worth it if I have the 700 headset already which sounds pretty impressive in games I tried?

Just my unsolicited 2 cents here, but if you work in an office and use your headphones most the day I would save up for some Bose QC35 when they go on sale for $200. The most underrated feature of the Bose is the 2 device pairing. I can connect them to my laptop and my phone and switch back and forth easily. I have a chill job so I can have youtube up on my 3rd screen while I work so this might not be the case for you.

Steelseries nova, logitech pro x, hyper x cloild orbit S. I suggest doing a search for best gaming headsets and looking for the link from rtings.

I heard Steelseries is good, but their support sucks. I have a Corsair headset now and want to upgrade.

Sennheiser has gaming specific headphones. Why not use them?

I'm an audiophile before a gamer. Those headphones (I referenced) are expensive enough so it doesn't make sense for me to buy more.
