God I wish I didn't buy the 2TB version last year. This goes perfectly with the new Mac Mini M2 Frown

Good price for new gen nvme ssd, but it's been on the market for a while. This almost approaches to thunderbolt 3 ssd (2500ms/s). Unfortunately, most of my existing devices won't benefit from this gen 2 x2. Also, USB4 2.0 was released last year. We might see some huge improvements in the future.

think positive.

buy another 2tb for less and you will have greater redundancy. They are not large and cumbersome/ having 2.

cheers.

Edit: As others pointed out do NOT get the costco one as it's half the speed!

This is the PRO version. 2x faster transfer speed. Coatco is only selling the non- PRO version, hence the lower price.

It's better in every way. The pro is significantly faster and more capable even if limited to non-thunderbolt speeds.
