can't just keep that TLoU2 hate in the TLoU2 threads huh..?
isn't this game like 10 years old?
I wonder how much development time actually goes into doing a port.
I might give it a whirl one day, but only at a sub $20 price. Honestly, these ports and remasters just become cash cows. For instance, 3 generations of GTA V.

Is this a PS port to PC?
PS5 version with all the usual PC sliders. I have a Merc 7900 XTX out for delivery today. And, although I've bought and beaten every version of this game on launch, I'm tempted to get the PC version to see how much better than PS5 it will look. I'm sure they'll add ray tracing and other PC goodies.

probably not enough to warrant another playthrough honestly.
will probably get some extra goodies but personally speaking it's never a big enough difference unless it wasn't playable in the first place.
CDK has been offering discounts on this game for a long time. The only concern is that this might not include a preorder bonus if you read their policy

Absolutely awesome game but whatever you do, DO NOT play the sequel, The Last of Us 2.
The writing team is different for the 2nd game and the story suffers horribly for it. The characters that were established in the first game have weird personality shifts and make decisions that don't make sense, which pushes the story into really disappointing directions resulting in a game that isn't enjoyable to play and that forces you into an extremely unsatisfying conclusion that you can't change.
I normally don't buy into negative hype but the user reviews for TLoU2 are spot-on.
It's curious how CDKeys can undercut a game that isn't even released until March 3. I get developers selling bulk budget keys after a game has been out for a while, but pre-order?
40 bucks. I'm good. The story is amazing but the gameplay was always mediocre and I'm not paying that much for a game i've beaten twice already.
yeah, as the graphics get better and better it just makes the poor control of the first worse and worse... it would've been truly amazing if they remade this game on the LoU2 engine. that they could easily have another 40-50$ of my money for
