Since you requested, keep in mind that serving size is 2 per container, which means you have to double everything if you are eating one packet. So, sodium intake is not 910mg (38%) but actually 1820mg (76%). With that said, I've eaten these noodles for many years, and I've never had any health issues other than elevated BP here and there. If you exercise regularly, it's fine to take in more sodium too.
