Amazon is listing has mixed information, listing says one rail, seven hooks but description matches the Lowe's description.

I'd stick with Lowe's due to better information about what you'll receive

But these are also being sold cheap to get you to buy more hooks and accessories. The old cheap printer expensive toner trick.
Only advantage of this system is being able to move the expensive hooks around. If you measure your stuff correctly and screw the cheap hooks where you need it, you just saved yourself a bunch of money.
