Is this good for 20 degree weather? Have a few in laws coming two weeks from now and don't want them in the house.

Dollars to donuts its probably because the tent isn't seem sealed. Many tents don't come seam sealed out of the factory and its a matter of about $10 and an hour or two to get it the seams waterproofed.

Looks like they're just a retail store that imports and resells stuff from a Chinese manufacturer of camping supplies.

similar Ozark Trail brand tent at Wal-Mart is $79. We need a cheap tent to supplement our nicer Eureka brand, i may spring on this once since its at least REI with a good return policy

Wow I'm shocked - saw REI and got all excited about this. Is REI getting into the biz of just selling other peoples crap too? Seems like the retail trend. If so, really disappointed in REI. Brand recognition going down the drain.

I too remain cynical about a brand that does not appear to have an established reputation. REI, as a seller and curator of brands, has lost some of its creditbilty for us over the past several years. Certainly, it would be helpful to at least know how this brand stacks up against the mainstream volume brand Coleman.

We'd take a risk on the 6-person at $35-$40, but the original $200 MSRP… or even this $60 price? Nope.
