This one or wait ~2-3 month for lower RX 7000 to start to show up ?
I wish it were 2-3 months... Most indications I've seen point to the lower RX cards not being available in real volume until at least 3Q, probably 4Q.
And, if recent releases including 4070ti are a sign of what's to come, they're going to be overpriced at launch. (And of course by then, something better will be just around the corner, so do we wait for that too?)
Yes, but depends on the resolution - As usual the RTX cards are relatively better at 4k. RX 6750 XT is great at 1440p, though at 4k the 3070 is ~6% faster. This per the guys at Hardware Unboxed, who have some of the most comprehensive reviews and benchmark comparisons; they post written reviews on TechSpot: https://www.techspot.com/review/2...on-6750xt/

Yeah but you aint buying the 6750 or the 3070 for 4K gaming though
I bought this card last month at a similar price and have been pretty happy.
Here are my thoughts:
1) Low profile - This 2 fan card is only 10 inches long, and was a top reason I picked it to fit in my existing rig. Everything else I could find in this range are large 3 fan 12 inch+.
2) 4K FSR around 60FPS - Most games I play it can hover around 60FPS and looks great with a VRR display. And for some older games it can rock 4K native, Forza Horizon 5 I get over 70FPS without FSR.
3) 1440p over 80FPS - I crank it up to high and for everything can get over 80FPS with 1440p. I still haven't figured out which looks better on my LG-C2 1440p or 4K FSR.
4) RT performance - it's not abysmal, on the couple of games I have with RT I can make adjustments to get 1440P RT with decent frames.
I haven't run into heat issues at all, though some have expressed that as an issue.

Probably almost equal to 3060Ti

Closer to the 3070 TI if you don't care about RTX.
