I can download and install your ambassador exclusive games, and pretty much any other GBA game that Nintendo never bothered to port to the 3DS them self.

Yes but my systems resale value is very high containing the actual original embassador games. Besides I have a retroid pocket 2 for all the emulator shizzzzz I want.

Just got my new battery. I really love the feel of the 3ds and am hoping to see this form factor in the next portable.

Time to go back to SF. Finding the collectors edition hard to play on the pro controller. Hopefully better here - worth the $5

To the uninformed perhaps but I would be very leery of any situation where it's claimed that digital games are included. Reason being that it wouldn't be hard for an unscrupulous seller to revoke said games later by reclaiming their account on another device.

Guile was unstoppable in this game, with the touch screen you'd see infinite sonic booms from players and also the ability to do instant flash kick made it almost impossible to beat him. I use to have fun though trying to get past players who used him.

Depends what you do with it. If you pirate games like ace attorney whose sales really affect the series, then that is not morally okay. If you want to steal the newest call of duty, whatever. If you are pirating smaller games and more niche series, then you are immoral. As a small business owner, I'm kind of sick of immoral customers that have exploded in the last few years. The games are $5 for christ's sake, if you want them, then buy them.
