    Bought this TV from BB at same price and have zero regrets - picture quality is amazing. My 4x the price Samsung in my living room is now disappointing and will probably get replaced soon.

    I agree. I fell like there's to much competition in in the TV market right now and it's realistic to see a decent 65 inch at $500. My daughter recently purchased a 55 inch Hisense H6 for & 400. The TV has a really great picture for the price.

    This is a good price. I doubt it goes that much lower at least for years . If you want cheaper then see if you can find H9g. That one was a very good TV as well. It still compete with this but you may find it on sale. These Tv are pretty beautiful But if you look for color accuracy then go for Sony. That is the only one that has satisfied my eye when it comes to color accuracy .

    Amazon delivery is a bit more than a month out. Best Buy in my area has it in stock for 1 day delivery.

    The point is valid. The move from 1080p to 4k can't be compared to 480i to 720p.

    I have a high quality old 720p plasma flat panel in the extra living room but it is only 50 inches and and the view distance is a little far and everybody goes "oh wow, the picture on that is really nice" 🤣

    There are view distances where 720p, 1080p, and 4k are indistinguishable. Engineers, manufacturers, and true enthusiasts unanimously agree on this.

    That is why setting up a theater room is so important. The main advantage of 4k is being able to sit closer to a larger screen with an increase in image quality instead of a decrease.

    Like ideally, you want to be about 6-8 feet away from a 75 inch 4k screen. But never more then 12.
