I have it paired with my TCL Roku tv, there's no reason for it to have that sound delay. But once the sound does kick on, it's good - no syncing issues ever. Just that initial delay. Annoying.
Example: within the YouTube app, if I watch a a video, the video will start playing immediately, and then sound kicks in 2 seconds later. So basically I miss the first 2 seconds of every YT vid 🙄
Updated firmware, it's connected to Wi-Fi, I've disconnected/reconnected, hard reset, etc. audio issue still there.

Just wondering because my old bad Vizio Soundstage is optical and has the same ~2 second delay.
Also if Arc, since you're using a TCL TV (I have the 55S546, does it turn on with, and control the TV volume seamlessly via HDMI ARC-CEC?
Also is it easy to turn the sound bar off and the build-in TV speakers kick back on? Or do you have to go through setting menus to switch?
Make sure you keep your box at the very least. The store would not take it back without it and I had to pay to have FedEx package it to return.

Volume controls work great and responsive. If you turn the tv off, the soundbar automatically goes to sleep/low power. When you turn the tv back on, the soundbar recognizes it and also turns on. I've never had it default back to tv speakers, once you set the sound input to hdmi arc on the tv, you're done and never have to do it again.
It's a good sound bar if not for that annoying delay. I swear when I first got it, that delay wasn't there. So who knows , some of you may luck out.
It's not the deepest bass. It's funny sometimes I disable the "surround sound" on the soundbar because I have high ceilings and dialogue sounds clearer with surround sound off, but that could just be the room i have it in.
All in all, sound is overall okay though for this price point. Better than built in tv speakers that's for sure!
Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if they just slapped the Dolby capable headline on there when it's not like true true dolby.

When it does work, it sound great but my needs are very basic. We play a lot if D+ and ATV via the TV's built in Google apps, and I play a lot of PS5z.
