Can't really say if this is a good deal or not, but if you're looking for a daily multi and have a Costco membership or just a Costco nearby then you're better off just getting their Kirkland Signature Daily Multi. You get 500 for $16 (online, so typically cheaper in store without online surcharge) which makes Costco's ~$1.02 a month vs this one's ~$1.35 a month, and the Kirkland one is one of the most complete multivitamins we've found. In fact they work perfectly for bariatric patients and the people I know who are using them for that reason have reported perfect levels post-surgery which is something they monitor closely.

Consumer reports even agrees: https://www.consumerreports.org/c.../index.htm

I usually take the Alive multivitamin, it's 1 of the higher rated quality multivitamins. I'll have to look up Kirkland but One a days are just cheap vitamins. You get what u pay for

Best bang for buck- absolutely. I personally skipped over Kirkland brand because of the Fe (iron). Men don't typically have a deficiency in this and if you're an older male, with a less than sufficient kidney, it may not be the best choice. FYI
