Man I bought the same deal today. And have the same problem. I emailed them and they say the same thing. I emailed 2 times telling them I tried a wrap times and did everything I needed. I paid using PayPal. Ima have to submit a claim to get my money back. Never will use stack social again.

I had some issue where my adblock bricked the membership redemption code, so they sent me another one. Then the second gift card I received had an invalid security code, so I had to call back and have them fix it. However, the customer service was excellent.

When I clicked the voucher link from their email to start the membership, it initially gave an error like "invalid code" or something like that. However, I manually copied / pasted the promo code from the voucher in the promo code box on the form it brought me to and that worked fine.
