Amazon has for Select Fire TV Devices: Watch an Acura Advertisement, Get a $3 Prime Video credit for Free when you follow the instructions below.

Deal Instructions:
  1. Turn on your Fire TV device (Such as Fire TV Stick or television running Fire TV)
  2. In your Fire TV settings, ensure the screensaver is enabled at the shortest start time, and ensure the sleep timer is either disabled or will start after the screensaver.
  3. Wait until the screensaver starts displaying advertisements
  4. Wait for the Acura advertisement
    • Advertisement states "New World. Same Energy." and has an image of an Acura
  5. Use your remote to press play to open the advertisement
    • May take a moment to load the advertisement
  6. Under the 'Acura X Sundance' tab, select the image reading "Watch video to receive $3 in Prime Video credits courtesy of Acura"
  7. After the advertisement finishes playing, you will receive an email containing the link to claim your credit
    • Email will be sent to the email address registered to your Fire TV device
    • Email is titled 'Redeem your $3 Prime Video credit courtesy of Acura'
  8. Click the link in the email to claim your $3 Prime Video credit

Just did this. You enter the ad and then have to select the video to get the credit. As soon as the video was done I got my credit.

I think it is a possibility that you have overthought the significance or non significance of this deal. Although, I am now doubting the very existence of this deal itself.

These free Prime Video dollars aren't showing there as norushcredits. For those who missed my original post, here's the way to see your Prime Video credits:

You can view your Prime Video credit balance by picking a title (for example Top Gun Maverick [amazon.com]) and seeing how it adjusts the price. You can also click "more purchase options" and then "Redeem a gift card or promotion code" to view your balance.

ive had two acuras in my life, an integra, and this is the first time since i sold my CLS back around 2003 that i've thought about maybe looking at one again, the acura electric. will have to see if there is such a thing.
