This version does not include the game. Is this what they're doing now and days? Its weird that the Nintendo version of this includes the game. So segregated. Jeez.

It's because a lot of people buy digital versions of games now. So this is for people that want collector's edition item, but don't want to pay for the game.

since the game came out digitally first, lots of us own the game digitally already. We didn't have chance to get this until we waited until later on, so it's a cool option anyway.
