Just a word of advice,, if you are over weight or eat a lot of processed/fast foods, when you start to take this stuff, be close to a toilet. As your body starts to dectox itself from all the bad crap you have put into it, you will be on the toilet a lot. Its best to take this stuff at night or when you don't plan to leave the house
Super foods are great, as they go though your bowels, it will start to pull away any buildup in your colon. Your not going to lose a lot of weight, mostly a lot of water. You will feel great in a week or so, but the first week taking this stuff, just be prepared to be extracting a lot of waste.
