personally i think if we all stopped drinking, or drastically cut down drinking pepsi for a month or so, the prices would drastically fall--they are just trying to take us for all they can get--there is no shortage of pepsi

It's not from a shortage of the product, it's from increased costs across the board, especially transportation costs, materials and labor costs.

Have you priced bottled water? A case of 24 that was often on sale for $2 2-3 years ago is now $3 on sale. 50% increase.

Canned mushrooms a 4oz can used to be 49c at Aldi, they are now close to $1.

I too hope prices will fall but I wouldn't hold my breath either.....

These drinks are loaded with sugar, that's the real bad part. You drink enough of this stuff and you wind up getting obese. It's ok to have a Pepsi once in a while, but I know people who go through a 2 liter of this stuff every day and they have all kinds of medical conditions. I gave up this stuff long ago. I'm not telling anyone how to live there life, drink up if you want, if your choice.
ever heard of DIET PEPSI? Peace

Increase costs are part of the price increase but pop makers have also taken more profit than they have in the past. There are multiple stories out there about that, but so far their sales have not decreased so they don't see a reason to pull back.

I'm in Philadelphia, but choosing Neshaminy store pickup to avoid Philly soda tax. But price is $7.19 each, so 25% off on 3 is only a discount of $1.80 each, or $5.40 off the 3 cases for a total of $16.17 before tax. What am I missing?
What are other people seeing for the price before 25% discount?

Make sure you are choosing the ones with the 3/$15 sale price before the Circle kicks in. and choosing instore pick up (in stock varieties)
