It wasn't in my account on the Big Lots app, but I got the email and it allows me to use this "TEN4U" code. So, what you state isn't exactly accurate at all.

Common sense and logic would dictate that if the email address to which the code was delivered is the same email address that is associated with your account then the code is in fact "attached" to your account. Yet you found it necessary to chastise the author of the comment (with whom I have no personal affiliation) claiming that he or she "isn't exactly accurate at all".
