Jack Wolfskin does not use forever chemicals for its waterproofing. I've switched to them because of that.

I don't know about that but Patagonia honored the warranty two years into usage. When they couldn't send me a replacement, they just refunded me the whole money.

My old nano air had chaffing issues even with the replacement so.
