I got the 55 inch yesterday, got the extra 2 years of Samsung care for free and an extra $50 off. I bought this one cause I already have a 65 LG C2 so I wanted to see how this compares since I've read it's brighter. Got it to replace my dated 32 inch bedroom tv lol.
how were you able to get the 2 years of samsung care for free and extra $50 off? is it too late after i already purchased it?

Mine too. Been a nightmare dealing with support. First they tell me they'll exchange it No problem they're gonna handle things via email shortly then no contact then case is closed without any update now they wanna hassle me about the refund. I'm never buying directly from samsung after this fiasco.

Yeah, seems like 1st level support makes promises that then don't get honored by 2nd level or above.

Yeah, they give me the same BS. Wasted an hour of my life with the online rep. They give me BS excuses they are only allow to do price match to one order and if they price match they can't give me the free care+. After I made threat to give the rep a bad survey rating, return the TV, and stop buying any thing Samsung and do a final credit dispute as I had proof of chat log history records. Finally they were able to give me the full refund difference with the sale tax adjusted $779.14. Don't let them BS you off you paying the difference in sale tax which here in SoCal was like $26. Good luck.

Because honestly, if you made the promise of giving me the free Care+ and directed me to refused the 1st order and placed a new order with Care+ you need to honor the deal. I am 100% even if Samsung not do the price match I can get with my CC to dispute the wrong charges.

They are bad while it causes my CC bill to go up while still waiting for my 2 order refunds.
