Ignore. This is a good price for a 3080 and 6900HX.

I would personally wait for the new gen laptops to start hitting the market next month, and there would probably be more sales for the 3000 series laptops.

Dude you really shouldn't ask someone if they understand the math if you don't have a clue. That's not how math works, that's not how latency/refresh works. Let me put it simple for you - there's plenty of new monitors that are 75Hz with a 5ms response time - according to your "math", that means those monitors are actually 15Hz (which would mean you would see actually see the frames stuttering). That makes no sense. Think about it next time before you go showing off your "math" abilities.

my 15r2 3070 ti lasted less than 1.5 hours o battery and that was with the graphics turned off. Fix the battery.

These codes bring the m15r7 QHD240hz/i7/3070ti/16GB/1TB down to $1500 before DPA, cashback, and rewards.

Solid, as the m15r4/r5/r6 were around $1500 with similar specs when those were current in 2021/2022.

My m15 R1 is still alive and in it's 4th year. Never bought the extended warranty. Alienware laptops aren't good for beginners but they are pretty durable if you know how to maintain them.

That being said, the real dealbreaker is the FHD screen. 3080 8GB is pretty weak as well, and the webcam is only 720p.

Maybe not, the new high end laptops are going to cost well over 3k leaving these a value option at the current price.
