Picked one up a few weeks ago. I use it for my HP work laptop, my Home Dell Laptop and my Steam Deck with Dock when needed as well.

It's been this price a bunch of times now, but it's the lowest this has ever been so far. I have one and it charges my phone super fast, and I'm expecting it will be great for a laptop as well

What cable would you recommend to pair with this?

Is this fine? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08PVPTNZL/

In my humble opinion. Might as well get a cable that will transfer data fast and also power. Try searching for USC-C 3.2 gen 2 100W

Just curious. Temu selling similar chargers for fraction of cost. What is the difference- warranty, reliability, hazard…

Couple of call-outs on these "small" chargers with high watts. They end up getting really hot and sometimes fire hazards. I would stick with "higher quality" brands for small chargers.

Second point is the one you've linked looks like a its one of those squarish / rectangle block chargers. The design of this makes it difficult depending on how heavy it is. Meaning, if your plug isn't really snug, it easily pops off and falls out of the socket. Not really a balanced weight / design.

I think it's one of those things that Apple makes a killing as it is and has no incentive to make changes like what you're referring to

this isn't really possible. Every phone has a max charging speed that is capped regardless of what charger you use. But hey, whatever you believe
What's not really possible? That it charges my phone super fast? It charges at the maximum 45W speed because the charger is capable of speeds faster than the phone supports. Nowhere did I say it charges my phone at 65W. Also I didn't even mention the model of phone I have so how would you know that my phone doesn't support 65W charging or even faster?
