In my humble opinion. Might as well get a cable that will transfer data fast and also power. Try searching for USC-C 3.2 gen 2 100W

Sorry to hear about your experience. However, I had an opposite experience to yours. I bought their 100w 10ft USB-C charging cable and when I contacted them regarding an issue with it, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement.

Both our experiences are a small percentage of the number of warranty claims they get though so I don't know how they do overall. Just giving my anecdotal experience just like you did yours.

Don't take their warranty seriously because, in my experience, they don't respond to warranty requests.

I bought this a while ago and it's a great little charger. That being said, I purchased it December 2021 for $31.49. I do think that this price is good though, given inflation and recent prices.

I haven't dealt with them "in-warranty", but once out of warranty and I was hugely disappointed in them. I used to think Anker was a superb company along with their products, not anymore!

For those who by this to use with Dell XPS laptop you will get error msg
"Device you connected to computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it".
My laptop keep charging fine but that annoying msg keep popping up.

I had a similar craptastic experience with Anker after a charger stopped working a few months after I bought it. YMMV. They're great until they're not.

I have the 45w version of this. Works with my phone (pixel 7), laptop (Thinkpad T495s), and Switch OLED. The 65w version should cover just about everything.
