They only earn 45 points each. The real benefit is five movies in a calendar year get you a free movie. And the free movie gets you 45 points and counts towards your next five movies

Nice, got 6 good movies in 4k, and bonus moneyball from Sony Rewards, just make sure your account is linked first. Plus all are MA, Good deal! I looked up what the physical set is going for on the bay, no way I'm paying those prices!

damn, this is an excellent price for these..

own lawrence of arabia, ghandi, and a league of their own..i'd been gradually acquiring them in digital since i missed picking up the first 4k set before it went out of print (got 2 and 3 tho). if only vudu did partially discounted pricing (like steam) when already own some of the things in the collection.. :'(

I wish Sony would do more with its Bravia Core app. Best quality streaming I've ever seen. I purchased an A80J and got five free credits and the films looked fantastic. I wish instead of Sony Rewards they ran it all through the same app because the quality is probably even better on Bravia Core.

Just FYI the Sony Rewards thing didn't work for me. After purchasing, I received an email from Sony saying I need to purchase an additional 2 titles before I qualify for a free title. Not sure why it didn't give me the credit for all 6 titles but I definitely am not being given the option to redeem for a free bonus film.

Odd. I got credit for 5 of the movies and received my free movie immediately

I suspected that if you already owned a title in the bundle in HD, MA is not registering it as a new purchase, but I was given credit for movies I already own in HD.

I was not credited for Ghandi or Lawrence of Arabia. Something seems screwy with the MA points transfer.

Thanks for this! I had a credit already to redeem but kept waiting on them to give a good selection of movies and one that was in 4K. Finally Moneyball was worthy of redeeming that credit. Debating on Professional but will likely save the second credit for another round of movies.

That is true. You don't get credit if you owned the movie already in a lower resolution. Someone posted that before.

Just created the Sony rewards account and linked with MA. I didn't own any of the titles before and only got credit for 4/6… for a total of 205.

Granted, I did forget to link VUDU to MA before purchasing, but Sony rewards was linked to MA before VUDU was added to MA and they were imported….
