Book by 2/2 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. 21-day advance purchase required. Travel valid February 14, 2023 through May 17, 2023. International and San Juan travel blacked out 3/9-4/10. Travel cont. U.S. to/from Hawaii blacked out 3/16-4/10. Nonrefundable. Seats, travel days, and markets limited. Fares valid on nonstop service where indicated; if not indicated, fares are valid on single connecting service. Points bookings do not include government fees from $5.60 per one-way flight.

These sales always seem so disingenuous. The only time I ever see fares anywhere near their advertised sale prices, it's to Vegas.

i can only find fares in this range from lax-las or lax-sfo. Outside of these routes, nothing even close for the western US

Its never really a sale. Its really just letting people know about standard prices they have for certain routes.

I agree; it's more just an attention getter to come check out our prices. If any fares do actually get lowered, they're probably to just to fill in legs on continuation routes in and out of hubs.

And SWA do use a hub system contrary to their botched "this is everybody's fault but ours" initial response for their failure to see winter coming last year where they protested that their "point-to-point" system is just sooo complex, etc. It's modified from what other airlines generally use, but it's still a hub system.

Price seems higher than the last sale that just ended - same itinerary from BZN<->SAN is $15-20 more expensive per passenger for travel in April now.

Everyone's already forgotten. All the talk about them going bankrupt because no one would be willing to fly them again was hilarious. The stock has already fully recovered.
