It doesn't have estrogen, it has phytoestrogen. And your link comes to almost a completely different conclusion than what you wrote in your post. It says that soy has extremely mild effects, including anti-estrogenic effects.

The idea that soy spikes estrogen is an urban legend that comes from internet bodybuilding forums.

I checked other flavors and mint chocolate had an additional $13 savings (I don't know why). Total after 15% s&s came to $20!

so what's the benefit of this stuff, weight loss? I'm 52 years old, 6'5 and 260 lbs. i'm married with 3 mostly grown kids. i'm not at all worried about testosterone levels or any weird crap like that. but i'm interested in losing some weight and eating healthier. is this for me?

No. Just stop eating processed foods/sugars and most carbs, you'll be fine.
