It doesn't have estrogen, it has phytoestrogen. And your link comes to almost a completely different conclusion than what you wrote in your post. It says that soy has extremely mild effects, including anti-estrogenic effects.

The idea that soy spikes estrogen is an urban legend that comes from internet bodybuilding forums.

When I started drinking these I got pretty gassy but eventually got used to the sweetener they use and was a pretty good lunch replacement when too busy to eat. Thanks for the deal!
