I got one. Tried to get two but it's only good for once per account I guess. Paid $15 for the Anker version around Black Friday, and it wasn't even a dual charger.

It states 30w in the other specs. The 25W on Samsung devices is probably just a reference to the S21 Series, that maxed out at 25W with PPS. They probably just never updated the specs, since the newer devices technically do 45W for a few minutes (it's basically pointless, though).

outlet doesn't fold, and no, it charge 14inch macbook pro super slow and the charger itself run extremely hot

spend slightly more for a anker 65watt instad

Yeah, 30 Watt chargers aren't really meant for charging MacBook Pro / laptops, except maybe in a pinch. They're generally used for cell phones and small tablets / other devices.
