Let me tell you, if there was anything that was truly anti-colic available out there, I would have bought it, price be dammed. I don't think I slept for the first two years of my daughter's life. So. Much. Crying. How something so small could be so loud all the time is beyond me. Parents with colicky babies, I feel for you. Solidarity. This 💩 ain't easy

I was about to comment similarly. 1.5 year for our son until he's old enough for meds, then he's on it forever. I still wonder if he's encountered side effects even though not listed and Dr. said none, since he was on it for so long. Nothing helped apart from prescription meds. It was only me and my wife taking care of him while we both worked, and sleeplessness due to colic was wearing us out. If you're looking for solutions for colic, check with the Dr.s none of these stuff worked in our case. Nothing OTC.

FYI- the glass Dr. Brown's bottles break VERY easily. And when they do, they shatter into a million tiny microscopic size pieces that will take you forever to properly clean up. Softer wood floors, tile- doesn't matter.. I get that glass is glass and it breaks very easily, but i do believe there are certain types of glass that do not break into a million tiny pieces. These bottles do and it scares the crap out of me. I do love them though because it's easier to clean than plastic and the milk warms up quicker in the glass- but it's not worth the risk IMO. Regarding leaking- I found the bottles to leak a lot more with the inserts and also while in the bottle warmer. But like someone else above mentioned, it's best to keep the collar slightly loosened or off entirely while warming to prevent leaking.

I mean, its still a great price for what all you are getting. Even if they leak out after a few months, for $30 here you get an entire new set.

My personal experience was that there was too many damn pieces to clean and the bottle was unwieldy for feeding my daughter, I ultimately went with Comotomo, but I'd be out probably $60-70 by the time I got all the pieces this set includes. And the parents that gave me the Dr. Brown to test had a kid who that was all he would eat from.

2 big things will cause these to leak. Over filling (Do not put more than 8oz in them) and over tightening the tops (Over time it creates gaps that will leak) Once I figured these 2 out, no more leaks. Also remember that these should be replaced every few months as well.

don't tight the lid if you are warming. Tight after

Thanks for being informative but I tried this before. It still leaks. I warmed up the milk on the stove with a pot using thermometer so the nutrients doesn't burn away and pour it into the bottle. The bottle warmer is easier.

I think it's the lip that over time through sterilization it deforms or even from the beginning where instructions tells you to boil it for 5 minutes before first use. I use a baby brezza for sterilization. Besides that like others suggested here the anti colic doesn't work for all babies like mine. I can notice there's less bubbles when my baby is drinking from this bottle but that's it. I purchased the green stem and the blue stem version. 4 oz and 8 oz. It doesn't work for me so I'm in the don't buy this bandwagon.

It looks to me like this is a better option

https://www.target.com/p/dr-brown...A-51435594

since it has a variety of nipples that can be used as the baby gets older,
also only $27.99 right now, cheaper with redcard

Thank you!! Got this one. Wife preferred the options on this one compared to the Amazon linked one
