Amazon has a deal on cylinders if you need new ones. The price is in line with the cost of the cylinders, but when you use the exchange program you get a $15 gift card (which is what it costs to get a refill - so it's like one free refill).
"When you buy this special 2 pack offer and complete your cylinder exchange through amazon.sodastream.com, we'll send you a 15 dollar gift card. Please note gift card offer is only valid on cylinders from SodaStream USA seller and Amazon."
They also have the cylinders for the Terra/Art models for $62 but the same gift card offer applies.
Not sure if this deal is new, but I need more cylinders, so I ordered it.

"Plus $15 Amazon.com Gift Card *with Exchange*"
Have you bought this actual item? You are reading this as, get 2 cylinders outright for $50, and then get $15 credit toward a future exchange if you return one? Or what

After watching the product video i fear you are only getting $15 GC for sending back TWO canisters :/
So pay $60, get 2, send 2 back, get $15 GC. Pretty steep convenience surcharge vs. swapping at Bed Bath & Beyond or similar.
Description reads "Exchange Program: Send us your empty two 60L SodaStream cylinders to get a 15 dollar Amazon Gift Card. "
I hope I'm wrong, but glad you're the guinea pig :x
