Personally, I'd still go with the Speedmaster being an iconic watch. No watch maker can topple the fact that it was taken to the moon and still function like it was worn on earth gravity.
You don't want a watch too big or small for your wrist. Prices and fees/shipping are negotiable but be respectful and don't ask someone to sell his 6k watch for 2k. Many sites have places to leave feedback re: your transaction. Do this, seller will do the same. Read and follow any forum rules and remember you're the "new guy" there and sellers get scammed as well as buyers so many are cautious. Have fun and learn before you buy!
