  • SpillGuard Cooktop
  • SpeedHeat™ Burner
  • Cast-Iron Grates
  • SpeedHeat™ Burners - Generate the high heat needed for rapid boiling, searing and frying with multiple Power™ burners that offer up to 15,000 BTUs.
  • 8,000 BTU Middle Burner - Maximize your cooktop's usable space with five burners, including a middle burner for added flexibility. With up to 8,000 BTUs, you'll have enough power to cook your favorite dishes while using the rest of the burners for other tasks.
  • Full-Width Cast-Iron Grates - Cast-iron grates cover nearly the whole cooktop surface, giving you the flexibility to easily slide heavy pots and pans to optimal cooking locations. The grates are dishwasher-safe, and their satin finish resists wear and tear.
  • Large Oven Window - The large window allows for a clear view of the oven interior. Monitor cooking progress without opening the door, keeping oven temperatures steady and undisturbed.
  • Under-Oven Broiler - Perfectly toast a pan of garlic bread and melt cheese on top of casseroles with the under-oven broiler. It's large enough to broil an entire rack of your favorite foods. The full-width, drop-down door design spans the range from side to side, creating enough space for all your broiling needs.
  • Griddle (included) - This dishwasher-safe griddle offers you more cooking area and flexibility while keeping the rest of the burners free to cook the rest of your meal. Now you can grill vegetables, fajitas and other favorite foods quickly and easily on the cooktop.
  • Upswept, Porcelain SpillGuard™ Cooktop - Enjoy easier cleanup with the upswept SpillGuard™ cooktop. Its raised edges help contain spills, while the smooth porcelain surface makes wiping up messes easy.
  • Recessed Cooktop - Provides a sleeker profile by lowering the level of the grates and also helps to keep spills from dripping off the cooktop.
  • 5,000 BTU AccuSimmer® burner - The 5,000-BTU AccuSimmer® burner allows for precise temperature control that is perfect for melting chocolate or simmering sauces. When using the AccuSimmer® burner, power is reduced to deliver better control and lower temperatures.
  • Adjustable Oven Racks - Two adjustable oven racks can be moved into different positions to better accommodate almost any size of cookware, so you can get your whole meal done at the same time. Use one of the full-width oven racks in the under-oven broiler to easily broil favorites.
  • Control Lock - Disables the control panel to avoid unintended use or other changes to your cooking settings.
  • Oven Light - Provides the illumination you need to see inside your oven whether the door is opened or closed. The light is controlled with an on/off switch.

Hmmmmmm I'm thinking that a smart option is the way to go now. Starting oven remotely to save time seems like a must have in today's busy world. Will wait for that instead of buying SOS. Good price though

Girlfriends mom has this range, its okay.
The center burner kinda sucks, not big enough to use for a wok, but too big for light use, a rectangle burner is a better idea for a center burner (as a rectangle griddle, as shown in the product images, is hard to use with the different size front and rear burners).
Broiler is a pain to use as well.
For the price its not bad, but id personally spend more and get something with an internal broiler and/or convection bake.

I agree with waiting for an in-oven broiler. I just replaced mine because I was sick of having to take my food out of the oven and place it into the drawer below broiler.

It really is a game changer, and it opens up the bottom slot for a storage drawer (common on the internal broiler models) instead.

For safety reasons, turn on a gas oven remotely probably disabled. You can adjust temperature and turn off with smart apps. Electric ovens probably is a different story.

38 years with gas stove and no one in the household has asthma

Hell until recently most midwestern homes had gas furnace and water heaters without force exhaust ventilation and yet there's no prevalence of asthma in mid west vs southern states where gas isn't really used for heating anything

Yes gas stoves may be an issue but the bigger issue is builders going cheap and not putting an exhaust in. Anything that involves combustion usually requires ventilation. I don't understand why this doesn't apply to cooking.

It's become a trend in newer homes and apartments to put these cheaper microwave/exhausts in which blow the air into the living space. They really need to ban this concept and mandate exhaust outdoors. Not necessarily ban gas stoves. I will say after using induction I don't miss gas as much. Way easier to clean and cook with

Any Costco deals worth purchasing seems to be always out of stock for my zip code, 06095. I was looking to purchase dish washer earlier, it was also out of stock.

I put it in service 5 days ago, installation goes smoothly and looking nicely. It is about one inch shallower than my old stove when pushed all the way in, not a lot, but I guess for small kitchen, every bit of space makes a little difference. At full price I'd probably try another brand or model which spec wise might have more features, but with the $450 discount before tax at $529, it is excellent for the price. What I like about this model, strong power burners, easy to clean, and large glass door to see inside oven. A few things I think need improvement. First that griddle, it has a notch at one end to position itself on the grate, so that it can put on the left or right side, but not the center burner. The oven light is controlled by on/off switch, but no automatic on when oven door is open. For the Broiler, my old oven use a pull out drawer, much easier to operate than this new one which is opening the broiler door, uses oven rack to place and get hot dishes.

While I wrote the review, saw price went down to $499. Sent Costco a price adjustment request.
