You referring to the nut who was preaching conspiracy theories? That was one isolated troll. Any post on SD that deals with health and fitness will always attract a certain crowd of people. The webmd-certified nutritionists who always think they know best, the bro scientists, and can't forget the vegan, keto, carrageenan-free, gluten-free purists. Don't give them the energy they so desperately crave and you'll be much better off. Cheers

They are but the first ingredient in these is Milk Protein Isolate and Concentrate. Milk protein is approximately 80% casein and 20% Whey. Whey is the much faster and easily digested off the two. Casein is slowly digested and a bit tougher on the gut to process

Can anyone comment on the RTD taste vs the regular powder? My experience with other brands is the RTD versions are worse in the taste department because of the stablizers/preservatives needed.

This one's gonna taste a bit different because it has added vitamin c and shelf stable preservatives.

Note that this is not a Whey Isolate/Concentrate like the popular powder version. This is mostly milk proteins. Not a bad thing, just pointing out the difference in spec's.

Might be account specific, but it just worked for me. Note, you have to click the Subscribe and Save purchase option before the coupon is selectable.

For anyone else wondering, the 80-serving powder was most recently $64 for me. So that's $0.80/serving. These come out to $1.46/serving. I guess you pay for it already being prepared and "on-the-go" factor.

There are better alternatives like stevia leaf and monk fruit, which are slightly easier on the gut. But it's definitely not as bad as it is painted online, its pretty much been in most forms of processed food for decades.

I think when people are looking for deals on ready to drink protein, they should automatically assume it will contain sucralose and/or processed oils. The expensive stuff eliminates all those "bad" things, at a price.
