Ours is attached to the insinkerator. We probably don't need the grinder in the dishwasher. The issue with the inbuilt one is it gets gunked up and not easy to clean.

The issue is getting larger pieces of food and insoluble items ground up fine enough to get it through the dishwasher filter and out out the dishwasher.

Bought this one at same price in Nov and it absolutely does include delivery/install. And haul-away of old one, though I could see that depending on the 3rd party they use for delivery/install.

Funny enough, had a broken drain motor out of the box and they couldn't locate another one as replacement. Ending up sending a separate repairman out to service under warranty.

Good deal though my own personal experience was a bit of a headache.
