If you like Dishonered 1 and/or 2 and somehow missed this one, it's pretty good.
A lot of people expected this title as the last of their holiday giveaways, but it didn't pan out, so this is a good surprise. I've never heard of the other game, but the reviews look pretty good, and I'm a fan of that genre. Looks like a good week.
I hope Epic Game Store survives another 30 years until I retire so that I can finally play through all these freebies i've collected
Dishonored: DotO is a DLC for Dishonored 2?
I checked and got Dishonored 1 on my EGS account, but not Dishonored 2 (if they've given it away I must have forgotten). I do have Dishonored 2 on GOG.

Amazon Prime Gaming is giving away GOG codes for Dishonored 2, for January. That's almost certainly where you got it.
Epic Games has to be the only game store that doesn't have reviews for their games. Odd decision. Still got all the freebies anyway regardless of how bad they are. I noticed they don't have all the games. Tried to look up X4 Foundations and they don't even have it on their site. Wonder why.
I know right. I have so many games from them and never paid for a single one.
I'd hope that if Epic ever caved in, the game developers would honor the titles you own on other platforms. Maybe that's wishful thinking? If I actually paid for most of these games, and I lost them, that would be another matter altogether.

LOL that is literally my retirement plan.... to clear out the infinite game backlog. Of course by that point I probably won't care about video games anymore

Epic isn't going anywhere. They have the most successful game in the world, the most used game engine, and they just bought BandCamp, the largest music label. They're flush with cash. It's too bad we can't buy Epic stock.
