Amazon Prime Gaming is giving away GOG codes for Dishonored 2, for January. That's almost certainly where you got it.

If you like Dishonered 1 and/or 2 and somehow missed this one, it's pretty good.

A lot of people expected this title as the last of their holiday giveaways, but it didn't pan out, so this is a good surprise. I've never heard of the other game, but the reviews look pretty good, and I'm a fan of that genre. Looks like a good week.

Dishonored: DotO is a DLC for Dishonored 2?

I checked and got Dishonored 1 on my EGS account, but not Dishonored 2 (if they've given it away I must have forgotten). I do have Dishonored 2 on GOG.

Epic Games has to be the only game store that doesn't have reviews for their games. Odd decision. Still got all the freebies anyway regardless of how bad they are. I noticed they don't have all the games. Tried to look up X4 Foundations and they don't even have it on their site. Wonder why.

I know right. I have so many games from them and never paid for a single one.

I'd hope that if Epic ever caved in, the game developers would honor the titles you own on other platforms. Maybe that's wishful thinking? If I actually paid for most of these games, and I lost them, that would be another matter altogether.

Dotd is a stand alone that takes place after dh2. Not as good as either 1 or 2 imo but still solid.

LOL that is literally my retirement plan.... to clear out the infinite game backlog. Smilie Of course by that point I probably won't care about video games anymore

Epic isn't going anywhere. They have the most successful game in the world, the most used game engine, and they just bought BandCamp, the largest music label. They're flush with cash. It's too bad we can't buy Epic stock.

Recently retired and terrified to get in my backlog of unfinished and "want to plays" because I might not ever stop playing

Didn't they say that about AOL? lol. Nah, I know Epic is large, popular, and also expanding rapidly. I think they have a whole new HQ or branch going up in NC. They aren't disappearing anytime soon, I was just thinking in general what would developers do if it happened, for customers of Epic.
