Apparently LG and Asus SATA Blu-ray drives are generally more buggy and weird than USB drives regardless of whether they're hacked or not so be aware that no matter what your drive might be randomly unstable.

Apparently if you've read a comment saying a drive was buggy that makes it fact. Also, apparently I've had a LG SATA drive flashed to rip 4k discs and apparently I've never had one issue with it using a SATA to USB adapter. Apparently.
