So although I live in Florida, they can often be found at that price on Clearance in Marshall's and TJ Maxx this time of the year. As they order them for the same reason Walgreens does they are an excellent less expensive gift.

I had totes slippers before and they gone flat fairly quickly, maybe a month or two and the foam is all flat and i was walking on the somewhat hard plastic/rubber sole.

On the other hand, i got some toms slippers recently amd their soles seem to hold up well and have decent support.
