It's not bad. It noticeably heats up a decent size room and can help those with allergies. For $200 + Costco it's not bad. At full price and from somewhere else, I wouldn't get it.
I bought the HP04 model, similar to this HP4 Costco model, and it's notorious for failing. You get a triangle with an ! Inside it. Dyson warranties it out and sends you a new one. I got upgrades to the HP09 model, copper with gunmetal color, and it's really good.
Edit: it's a Costco model, HP4A, so it doesn't have WiFi or able to use the Dyson app. For $200, I'd get it and hope that it gets the error I mentioned above so that Dyson can upgrade me to a better unit.

Have a HP01 and got replacement non OEM filters for around $15 a piece. They work just fine and cant tell a difference from OEM
So we necessarily dont need it as a heater since we live in SFL, but does it really "COOL" the air like an standing a/c unit? Or does it just blow air like a fan?
Thanks

The air is cool. Not cold but way cooler than just a standard fan
