Awesome. Bought (2) 40lb bags of the cherry for $28.99. That brings the cost to $14.50 each. That's the lowest on the 40lb bag in a while.

I placed an order on 1/28/2023 but it has not shipped as of 2/4/2023 (7 days). I emailed them to ask when it will ship. Does anyone know if they are normally this slow to ship?

Was just thinking about it that I still haven't gotten a shipping notice of my order. Not that I need these right away, but I really don't want to have to buy pellets just to get by until these come in.

I have to give them props as a company overall. I was indecisive and was adding and removing different flavors, changing from 20lb to 40lb and vice versa. Ended up deciding on two 40lb bags of Cherry.

Yesterday I received one bag. I checked my order confirmation and it only showed one bag as well instead of two. Apparently in my indecisiveness I never changed the quantity. I emailed them to make sure it wasn't a glitch and explained the situation. 5 minutes later I got a response that I indeed only added one bag to the cart, but they asked what flavor I wanted for the 2nd bag and they shipped it out for free. 😊

They sent me my original shipment a few weeks ago and today, I see another package of the same order. Not sure if it was intentional (probably not) or a mistake (most likely). I ain't mad
