Had considered one at $550 just before Christmas, but decided I didn't need it that badly. Evansville, IN store had their last one marked $400 today and I couldn't pass it up for that price. I'm not sure how to upload a pic of the receipt from mobile, but I'll try to do so later this evening. Seems like a great deal if your store has them still.

If it ended in .97 that would be important, OP, as it would be store specific and you're sending people on a potential chase

Based on my experience these are store specific discounts. In 2019 was posted for $400 in my store and that was the last one in the store. When we requested manager added $50 extra discount as well 😀

Also, does YMMV not cover the potential wild goose chase scenario? I've seen the Walmart clearance fiascos and figure this couldn't be any worse than those. But yeah, price didn't end in $.97 and I marked it YMMV. If it isn't worth everyone's time mods can delete. Was just sharing my experience in hopes it may help someone else.

Sorry if I was a bit defensive. I probably misinterpreted the part about sending people on a potential chase. But yeah, even though it was $400.00 even, another commenter above did say they think it is store specific as they had gotten one at that price a few years ago. I wish I had read his comment sooner though. I too would have asked for an additional discount if I had known it was possible lol

Yeah this was the last one at my Costco. I assume it's a Christmas leftover and now that they're out, they'll be out until next holiday season. I was hoping the same might be the case for other locations, but it may be very YMMV instead of just regular YMMV if there is such a distinction lol

I found some at one of my local stores, the only one that had any, and they were $549.97... They still had 6 left though.
