Boost and Ensure are typically used by people who need these ingredients. Someone on chemo, someone recovering from surgery, someone with gastro issues, someone needing weight gain after a serious illness, etc. For example, a drink like Boost/Ensure may be the only thing a person on chemo can keep down and it's a lifesaver.

It's not a protein supplement for people trying to get fit.

I use these if I'm in the middle of a project and don't want to stop for a meal. Drink one of these and you feel full for hours. Just saying these are much better than a candy bar or fastfood run.

That's not really the point of this product though. If you want fiber and protein ONLY sure, but this is supposed to be meal replacement.

this is inaccurate..
these are used as meal replacements and "shakes" by normal people. For convenience or for nutritional value
