Except instead of 2x 4AH battery + charger for $99, it's 1x 2AH battery + charger for $30.
Gonna quote a user from that thread on runtimes (using a 4AH battery, so ~ halve them for the 2AH battery)



Since it's "hybrid", that means there's a male plug underneath where the battery goes in, so you can plug an extension cord into it and into the wall to run it off normal house outlet power.

Thank you both. I recall a "new" glue gun a couple of years ago (?), which had a stand. Wondering if this is it. I guess the one with stand is lighter because no battery, is the handle on it big enough to be comfortable?

Generally their tools come without batteries unless otherwise specified. It's possible it does but I'd assume not.

Absolutely. Not even close. Blemished is new in original packaging. They have to apply the phony word due to Ryobi contractual arrangement with Home Depot.

I've purchased at least 15 blemished items from Direct Tools Outlet. All were new in either plastic or retail box. The two times I risked purchasing reconditioned items I got away with it, but they were haphazardly dumped into a huge generic box with no protection whatsoever. That told me it was hit and miss. Others here have reported bad experiences with some reconditioned purchases.
