Seems like a decent deal if they actually ship it.
I ordered items on sale in Dec and they never shipped. They sent an email a month later saying they canceled the order.

Its insane... literally loose in a giant box, even for warranty replacements for new purchases. I got three in a row broken and they kept sending replacements and told me to keep them.

I bought this from one of the other DTO threads yesterday. I am low key getting into making furniture hobby and anticipate this is a lot more precise than my circle saw / triangle method

I ended up making one with an old table and a circular saw, but I really don't want to buy two more tools

I think what you are looking for is a radial arm saw. They can do all sorts of things, most of which can be pretty dangerous.

Received the saw today - is in serviceable shape, about 7/10 some scuffs, scratches and obvious signs of usage. Came by itself in a box -no padding but was a tight fit so that's good. Angle knob, lumber clamp and dust bag came in a plastic bag with the manual. Seems unusually loud and grating (disturbingly so?) at startup but quiets when it gets to speed. Will disassemble and check but am generally satisfied for the price. Will chew up some lumber tonight. Blade is kind of trash but is to be expected.

Just received mine and it has the exact same grating/vibration sound on start up and shut down if it works it works hah. Received loose in a thick walled box, Similar condition as well. Looks like mine is missing the bevel lock knob but otherwise works fine. For $50 worth it without question.

Edit:

they never got back to me about the missing knob

it's an M8x1. 25 I stacked two washers on a 50mm bolt.

Received mine today. Came in an open box. The tape was literarily torn open. Padding was pointless. Somebody apparently overtightened the fence screws. Took me a while to loosen them. Still, I can't make a perfect square out of it. Gonna return :<

PS, couple plastic parts broken or cracked.
