The most noticeable taste in any pasta dish is not the past, including chickpea pasta. Normal pasta taste is not noticeable assuming you use sauce and/or some meat.you

Whenever i make lentil pasta, cauliflower pasta and the like, it turns thick and soupy like a creamy paste very fast.

I prefer this over the taste of actual pasta which is good because my girlfriend is Italian and her cooking was making me chubby! She, however, views this product as a travesty. So try it before you get a ton.
